This collection of fine silver and gold ornaments is representative of the various techniques and construction methods essential to the craft of a goldsmith.
My designs combine these disciplines; for their quality and the skill required to produce such work, I believe these pieces are the best presentation I have as a jeweller artist.
In almost every aspect they depart from the contemporary repertoire of jewellery. To create such things as chalices or swords, one has to draw from ancestral lore into chapters that are almost forgotten...
Each one a wealth of symbolism to be explored; the antiquity of the craftsmanship involved and their inherent spirituality, make these pieces a rare collection of ceremonial objects.
